One-Year Defect Coverage
- What is Covered: We offer a one-year warranty from the date of delivery covering all material and manufacturing defects.
- Eligible Issues: This includes splitting, warping, or joint separation caused by faulty workmanship or defective materials.
- Exclusions: This policy does not cover damage from improper care, dishwasher use, prolonged soaking, or normal wear and tear.
Our Promise To You
- Free Replacement: If your item is found to be defective, we will issue a complete replacement at no cost to you.
- Covered Shipping: Elbereth Woodcraft will fully cover all return shipping fees and delivery costs for the replacement item.
To start a claim, please reply with a photo of the defect and your original order number so we can fast-track your replacement.
